Founder of Nirlipta | Emotional Healing Guide | Depression Recovery Mentor

My journey into mental health healing didn’t begin with degrees or titles  it began with pain.

I battled severe depression for 6 years, survived 7 suicide attempts, and lived through nights where I cried silently, writing my pain in a notebook because I had no one to talk to. Anxiety, emotional breakdowns, confusion  I went through all of it.

But every time I reached my lowest point, one question pulled me back from the edge:

“If I fall, what will happen to my parents?”

That thought saved my life  again and again.

Bit by bit, I pieced myself back together. I dove into emotional healing, took a close look at how people behave, and had conversations with countless individuals who were quietly carrying their own burdens. I discovered the underlying patterns of depression, anxiety, trauma, and that feeling of emptiness not through textbooks, but through the rich tapestry of real-life experiences.

Because depression isn’t “sadness.”
It’s a heavy fog that people don’t understand.

I created this space so that:

  • no one feels alone,

  • no one feels judged,

  • no one suffers in silence.

This blog is for anyone struggling with:

  • Burnout & low confidence

Everything I share is based on lived experience and what actually works.
