Life Lesson
Life is a rollercoaster, filled with its fair share of highs and lows. There will be times when life knocks you down and leaves you feeling flat on the ground. You might find yourself facing challenges that make you wonder, “Why is this happening to me?”
In those moments, it can feel like you’re all alone, surrounded by nothing but loneliness. But here’s the thing: your perspective on life can change everything. If you’re stuck in a cycle of negative thoughts and want to make a change, don’t let others dictate your path—tune into your own voice. Remember, your life is yours to live, not someone else’s.
To really get to the heart of what you want, take a moment to ask yourself these five questions:
⮞ Why am I looking for this?
⮞ What do I want to achieve from this?
⮞ Why am I feeling stressed and depressed?
⮞ Why am I taking everyone’s advice? Am I not capable enough to make my own decisions?
⮞  Where do I see myself in the next 3 years?
Write down these answers in a note, and you will find clarity about yourself. Whether you’re more of an introvert or an extrovert, it’s crucial to understand your own journey and what you genuinely desire for? Don’t let family expectations or outside influences cloud your vision; life will reflect the way you choose to see it. Remember, this world can be a bit selfish.
People meet you for their own benefit and leave when their purpose is fulfilled. What you want to do, only you know—no one else will come to tell you. What you truly want to do is something only you can discover no one else will hand you the answers.
There are countless stories of individuals who faced setbacks but later made remarkable comebacks. Just look at:
⮞ Mohit Sharma {4 years of depression}
⮞ Nawazuddin Siddiqui {15 years of struggle}
These are just a couple of examples, but the truth is, no one knows your journey better than you do. So, take the reins and write your own story.
